Undertaker returns to ask triple h for a wm rematch on raw January 30, 2012

One night after the 25th Royal Rumble in WWE history, Monday Night Raw was held in Kansas City, Mo. To open the show, the interim Raw General Manager, John Laurinaitis made his way to the ring. He spoke about how he feels that he has done a great job as the GM and his job review will go great with his personal friend, Triple H controlling his fate. He announced that CM Punk will defend the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber against Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, R Truth and Chris Jericho. He went on to announce a star-studded card for the show, including Punk and World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan squaring off.

Following that announcement, Punk made his way to the ring singing, "Na na na na, na na na na, good-bye." Laurinaitis said that Punk owed him an apology since he didn't cost him the title at the Royal Rumble. After Laurinaitis and Punk went back and forth for a while, Bryan made his way to the ring where he spoke about the magnitude of his accomplishment from the night before. He added that after beating the Big Show and Mark Henry the night before, Punk should be an easy match.

Fifteen minutes into the telecast, Sheamus, the Great White and the winner of the Royal Rumble made his way to the ring next to confront the two world champions. He said with a little luck of the Irish, he will be the next WWE or World Heavyweight Champion.

Randy Orton vs. Dolph Ziggler

This highly competitive match was a great return to Raw for the Viper, Randy Orton. While Ziggler was booked to look great, which has been the norm during the past six months; it wasn't enough, as Orton pulled out the win after connecting with the RKO.

It seems as though Ziggler may be overlooked now, as the focus during the match was on Orton and Wade Barrett. After competing for the world title a night earlier, I would have expected to see more emphasis on Ziggler and a match where he could have earned a victory, but instead, he jobbed out the returning Orton.
